(TGU) Tried remotely cycling power to computer, but had to go to the site to troubleshoot. The computer was in "boot recovery" program with a message that the Mac OS needed to be re-installed. However a simple restart seemed to fix the problem. The computer was listed with two different IP addresses in the router and I had to unplug the Ethernet to get rid of the second IP (192.168.0.163)
