The UNC central site failed. Sara is away the month of August. I setup rysnc to the individual sites. The data transferred from August 12-19 is not QCD. The data from August 19 forward os QCD. When I first ran the rsync the script was set to transfer from the non QCD folder. I switched it to the QCD folder later I the day on August 19.
