Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

visited site due to no comms, found UPS OFF and in warning state about not being able to connect to its battery. I tried cycling power to it and also unplugging and reconnecting its battery, but it was still not detectable. UPS was able to provide pass through power after I manually powered it on, but the power company is apparently going to be working on the power again in the next few weeks as it is currently being supplied to the base through a temporary patch after the main meter pole for the base burned down recently. Since this UPS is not guaranteed to boot up automatically after a power loss with it in a warning state due to it's battery, I removed the UPS APC SMX1500RM2UNC SN#AS1443320653 and installed a spare tripplite isobar surge strip, and plugged the monitor and the WPS into into, and the isobar is on a short extension cord to outlet 1.
