Information from Tony Whipple: Remote control relay box failed. Called Verizon to see if the modem was on the air and they said yes. If the modem was on the air and the router wouldn’t respond, figured that the router had failed and consequently the system was probably still on. Turns out the modem couldn’t have been on the air because the power was off! Lost data between 9/16/2023 15:00 and 10/13/2023 17:00 UTC.
