outage due to site maintenance including install of new Mac mini computer running release 21 software 2022-11-11 02:02:25 GMT rwsadmin (TGU) found that data was not being recorded, closed all programs, upgraded receiver firmware to Awg3Exec_v350_JLT, started logging timeseries and a file was written, can't seem to synch the computer time and the offset is about -30 seconds 2022-11-11 02:07:15 GMT rwsadmin (TGU) If I uncheck logging range series, then the files are written. Can't get the spectra to record. 2022-11-14 00:55:40 GMT rwsadmin (TGU) Logged in on Friday Nov 12 and found that although one range series file was started, no more were written. Tried rebooting the computer. Collected reports and emailed CODAR support. I did some more troubleshooting and the time series files can be logged. I cannot log range series or spectra. After I collected some time series, I tried closing all programs, then only opened SSAcquisition and disabled processing. I imported the time series and hit play. Range series are written when I go through this procedure. So for now, I’ve saved configs so SSAcq will automatically log timeseries. Around 17:00 ET logged onto site again and everything was working fine! Range series, spectra and raidals are up-to-date. Not sure what happened.
Status switched to 'Closed'
